ABOUT US
At Vitals we are passionate about health, vitality, and supporting professionals with high-quality nutritional supplements. We are expanding our presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region) and are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to strengthen our commercial team.
YOUR ROLE
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your main focus will be proactively reaching out by phone to professional customers in the DACH region. These include mainly Heilpraktiker and, to some extent, doctors. Your conversations will focus on building relationships, identifying needs, and providing solutions.
Key customer groups include:
• Professionals who registered for an account but have not yet placed an order.
• Professionals we met at trade shows or congresses who showed interest in Vitals.
• Existing customers who have reduced their order volume.
The main goal is to get into conversation and discover what customers need—whether that is product information, help with our website, insights on commission systems, or learning opportunities like webinars.
YOUR CHALLENGE
• Increase the number of active clients in the DACH region.
• Proactively contact customers by phone (outbound sales).
• Engage with professionals to understand their questions, needs, or hesitations.
• Provide clear information about products, services, and support options.
• Work closely with the DACH Country Manager to follow up on leads and identify new opportunities.
Optional responsibilities (depending on your interests):
• Represent Vitals at congresses and trade shows.
• Host webinars or create product information videos.
• Support marketing activities by proofreading translations and promotional material.
PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is:
• Fluent in German (native level) and comfortable in English or Dutch.
• A strong communicator, confident in engaging with professionals by phone.
• Proactive and commercially focused in converting leads into opportunities.
• Interested in health, vitality, or nutritional supplements (a plus, not required).
